hbsje Terms and Conditions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document, used consistently from start to finish:

• "Platform" refers to hbsje's website, mobile app, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or accessing this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal profile and funds on hbsje.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds or benefits provided by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Limit

2.3 Single Account

Each individual, household, or shared IP address may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be considered a breach of these terms and all such accounts will be closed.

• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds into hbsje:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka), the same for every method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Users must use a payment account registered in their own name.
• Using a third party's payment account may result in the deposit being cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be followed when withdrawing deposited funds or winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• hbsje reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the identity verification process is complete.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service and mobile wallet. Like bKash and Nagad, it is supported on hbsje.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New hbsje users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• The wagering requirement is 15 times (based on the bonus amount).
• If the requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If deliberate manipulation to meet bonus terms is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

hbsje's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a regular weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on platform activity and participation. Cashback benefits apply only to eligible transactions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbsje and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Attempting to win through fraud, deception, or dishonest means.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Any activity that damages hbsje's reputation or business interests.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors in the platform for personal gain.

All content published on the hbsje platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and data — is covered by hbsje's intellectual property rights. Users must refrain from the following activities:

• Republishing or distributing any part of the platform without written permission.
• Using hbsje's trademarks or brand elements without authorization.
• Attempting to decompile or reverse-engineer the software.

• Personal information is used only for the purpose of providing services.
• All data transfers are secured with SSL encryption technology.

• If the account suffers loss due to the user's own negligence.
